According to sources, after the leader is elected, Nitish Kumar will go to Raj Bhavan and resign and will also stake claim for the new government.

Sources say that if Raj Bhavan gives its consent, the new government will come into existence on Sunday itself. Nitish Kumar will take oath as Chief Minister for the ninth time. The next day on Monday, there will be a cabinet meeting of the new government, in which a decision will be taken on convening the session of the legislature and obtaining the vote of confidence. Before this, on Saturday, a meeting of JDU’s core team was held at the Chief Minister’s residence 01 Anne Marg. In this, all the MLAs have been asked to remain in Patna. Many MLAs reached the Chief Minister’s residence late in the evening.
BJP will have two deputy CMs
In the JDU legislature party meeting at 10 am on Sunday, the way will be cleared to break ties with the RJD government and form a new government. BJP will have two Deputy Chief Ministers in the new government. The name of either Sushil Modi or Tarkishore Prasad will be approved. Renu Devi is likely to become the second Deputy Chief Minister. However, in this entire incident, no leader from BJP and JDU refused to speak officially. Nitish could not talk to Kharge

Lalu will take decisions in RJD
Amidst the political confusion arising in Bihar, Rashtriya Janata Dal has authorized the party’s national president Lalu Prasad to take the final decision. RJD will keep an eye on the next step of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. On Saturday, a meeting of the RJD legislature party was held at the residence of Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav. In this, the party MLAs and Legislative Councilors raised their hands and unanimously resolved to go along with the decision of Lalu Prasad Yadav. Many policy decisions were taken in the presence of senior party leaders including National President Lalu Prasad, Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, State President Jagdanand Singh. It was decided that no party official, MLA or leader would make harsh remarks against Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. For now, there will be talk of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar remaining in the government. RJD will now follow the strategy of keeping all options open.
