New Delhi : After a long wait, Nissan India has finally unveiled the Magnite AMT and the new Kuro Edition. It is reported that the prices of Nissan Magnite AMT and Kuro Edition will be announced on October 12. The new Magnite AMT has been introduced to attract customers among the automatic transmission buyers for the non-turbo lineup of Magnite. Meanwhile, the Kuro Edition has already been launched as a blacked-out model of the popular sub-compact SUV.
Nissan Magnite AMT
Nissan Magnite will be the official car of ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. AMT option is also going to be included in this vehicle soon. Nissan Magnite prices start at Rs 6 lakh and go up to Rs 11.02 lakh (ex-showroom). This vehicle comes in five variants: XE, XL, XV Executive, XV and XV Premium. Its Red Edition is available in three variants XV MT, XV Turbo MT and XV Turbo CVT. This is a 5 seater car and it can seat five people.

Nissan Magnite AMT SUV car has three dual tone and five monotone color options. These include Pearl White with Onyx Black, Tourmaline Brown with Onyx Black, Vivid Blue with Storm White, Blade Silver, Fire Garnet Red, Onyx Black, Sandstone Brown and Storm White.
Nissan Magnite AMT: Engine Specifications
This SUV car has been introduced in two petrol engine options. The first one in it is 1.0 liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, which generates power of 72 PS and torque of 96 Nm. The second is a 1.0 liter turbo petrol engine, which generates 100 PS of power and 160 Nm of torque with manual transmission. At the same time, its power output with automatic gearbox is 100PS/152Nm. A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard with both engines, while the option of CVT gearbox is also available with the turbo engine.

This subcompact SUV car has an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system and 7-inch digital instrument cluster with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Apart from this, it also has features like 16-inch dual-tone alloys, LED headlights with LED DRL and auto air conditioning with rear vents. Tech pack is also provided in this car with XV and XV Premium variants, in which features like wireless phone charger, air purifier, JBL speaker, ambient lighting and puddle lamp are available.

For passenger safety, it has been provided with features like dual front airbags, 360-degree camera, hill-start assist and electronic stability control (ESC) and tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). In the Indian car market, Nissan Magnite competes with Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Renault Kiger and Citroen C3.
Magnite Kuro Edition
Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition has been showcased in India. Kuro Edition has been developed under the partnership of Nissan and International Cricket Council (ICC). Sales of both these cars can start in October. This special edition of Magnite is the blade edition of the Magnite sub-compact SUV. This new model has an all-black exterior and interior cabin theme, which adds a sporty touch to the design of the SUV.
Magnite Kuro Edition: Interior
The Magnite Kuro Edition SUV will be equipped with a black-out treatment extending to the grille, skid plate, roof rails, alloys and headlamps. Additionally, the interior will complement its exterior with a black roof liner, sun visor, door trims, door handles, steering wheel and AC vent surrounds.
Magnite Kuro Edition: Launching
Magnite Kuro Edition will be launched on October 7. It is based on the Magnite XV trim. This means that it will be equipped with many premium features. These include a wireless charger, 360-degree camera, rear AC vents, 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system and six-speaker audio system.
