NIA Raid in UP: In many states of the country including Uttar Pradesh, NIA on Wednesday raided the locations of other organizations associated with the banned organization Popular Front of India (PFI). These raids were conducted in Sitapur, Bahraich, Hardoi and Barabanki districts including the capital Lucknow. The NIA team along with para military force and women police personnel reached the hideouts of these organizations and conducted raids. The simultaneous raids created a stir. The NIA team suddenly arrived for the raid and the people of the organizations associated with PFI were not even aware of it. According to the information, NIA raided three houses of the same locality in Badi Pakaria area of Madeganj in the capital Lucknow. During this time the people living there were interrogated. The NIA team conducted a thorough investigation regarding PFI and its related organizations and searched the documents. During this, tight security arrangements were made in the entire area. Security personnel surrounded the entire area. A large number of para military forces and policemen were deployed nearby.
People around had no idea
NIA team members arrived in Old Lucknow in several vehicles and by the time the people nearby got a clue about it, the team members had entered the houses of people associated with organizations related to PFI and security personnel surrounded the area. . Apart from this, similar intensive raids were conducted in Barabanki, Bahraich, Sitapur and Hardoi and many questions were asked to the people.

It is being said that NIA asked a lot of questions during the raid in Mahmudabad tehsil of Sitapur district on Wednesday. Is of. NIA officials are busy investigating the links of the network related to PFI. Raids were conducted after reaching the houses of Dr. Khwaja, Master Shamim and Maulana Jamil in Khadra in Lucknow. All of them have been taken into custody and taken to Madeyganj police station and interrogated.
Accused of being active in anti-national activities for a long time
It is being said that the places where raids were conducted on Wednesday were mobilizing youth to carry out anti-national activities despite the ban on PFI. Apart from Lucknow, NIA and ATS have already arrested active members of PFI in Barabanki and Bahraich. Apart from this, many arrests have been made from other places also. State President of PFI and members found involved in Delhi riots are included. All the investigating agencies including NIA are now keeping a close watch on the activities of PFI’s associate organizations like CFI, women’s wing and political faces SDPI.
