Gopalganj. Fed up with the harassment from her in-laws and her husband’s illicit relationship, a 22-year-old married woman hanged herself after making a video of her pain. The incident took place in Ahirwalia village of Manjha police station area. The family brought the woman to her parents’ home after getting her discharged from the hospital on the same day. After the suicide, the video of the dead woman Kajal surfaced on Sunday. In the 14-minute long video, Kajal is pleading with the police and narrating her ordeal.

Before committing suicide, the woman made a video and told the police station incharge that what happened to her should not happen to other daughters, please save them. Nothing like this should happen in any daughter’s life. The deceased woman is saying in the video that you should perform your duty. Stop such atrocities. Save an innocent, helpless girl from dying. If the daughter lives in her in-laws’ house, she has no one. This situation has happened with me, I have no one, due to which everyone beats me. Try to murder me. Please don’t let this happen to any other daughter. Only after being told in the video, the girl committed suicide by hanging herself with a dupatta on Friday night. At the same time, after the video surfaced, the police is investigating the case and conducting raids to arrest the accused.
