Ghaziabad: The body of a BAMS student living in a PG in Surya Enclave Colony in Ghaziabad, UP was found hanging from the skylight in her room. According to the information received, on Thursday afternoon, when the student’s friend reached her room with food, he saw that the door was closed from inside. After this she gave this information to a friend. As soon as she got the information, she reached the room and peeping through the back window, she found Lakshmi hanging from the skylight.
The door was broken in the presence of the landlord
On getting the information, the landlord also reached the spot and breaking the door, the body of the student was taken out. After this, the family members of the student were informed about this. The police also reached the spot and took the dead body into custody and sent it for postmortem. Now the post mortem report has also come. In which there has been a big disclosure.

The postmortem report of the deceased student Laxmi Gupta has arrived. In which it has been told that Lakshmi has been strangled to death. Police is engaged in scanning the footage of CCTV cameras installed in and around Surya Vihar Colony. Along with this, all the numbers are being checked by taking out the CDR of the mobiles of his colleagues. It is being told that the mobile of the student has also gone missing.
The student was a resident of Kannauj
The deceased student was a resident of Kannauj. Lakshmi (23), daughter of Chhibramau resident Dharmendra Gupta, was a third year student of BAMS at Divya Jyoti Ayurvedic College, Niwari Marg, Modinagar. At present, the relatives have come to Kannauj with the dead body of the student. The police has started the investigation.
