Ranchi: Today the whole country is celebrating the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose as Valor Day. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren paid tribute by garlanding his statue located at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Udyan in the capital Ranchi. He said that we are trying to fulfill the dreams of these immortal brave martyrs. Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose played a decisive role in the country’s freedom struggle. We can never forget his contribution in the freedom struggle. He established the pride of the common people. We are proud of the fact that we live in a democratic country, where many heroes and heroines were born. Their names are recorded on the golden pages of history.
Tributes paid to Subhash Chandra Bose
A meeting was organized by garlanding the photo of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on Tuesday in the premises of CITU state office located on Main Road in Ranchi. It was presided over by Anirban Bose. Addressing the meeting, leaders of various trade unions including CITU’s Prakash Viplav, Prateek Mishra, BEF Jharkhand’s ML Singh, Abhijeet Mallik, Naveen Choudhary said that today our country is standing at a crossroads from where there is no way to go towards the destination. Big obstacles have been erected on the way. Today, the national wealth is being looted by the ruling class in a planned manner by creating noise of religious fanaticism. Keeping in mind the federal and secular character of the Constitution, efforts have been intensified to make India a ‘religious nation’ of the majority.
Subhash Chandra Bose’s 127th birth anniversary was celebrated
The 127th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was celebrated at the Communist Party of India office. Wreaths were placed on Netaji’s portrait and floral tributes were offered.
