Eating almonds as a snack relieves stress

Almond Board of California celebrated National Almond Day through a campaign. In this, it was advised to eat 23 almonds every day and many health benefits of these nuts were explained. The campaign also involves a partnership between health experts and influencers to spread awareness about the benefits of including almonds in the daily diet. Talking about the benefits of almonds, fitness expert and celebrity master instructor Yasmin Karachiwala says, “As a fitness trainer, I constantly try to understand my clients’ exercise routines and recovery methods. Eating almonds as a snack increases leg-back strength, speeds up recovery after exercise, and relieves fatigue and stress. This shows the importance of including simple but effective nutritious options like almonds in the diet and I suggest the same to my clients.”
