Nala police station has rescued 15 laborers from the villages of Nala Neechepada, Kenduatand etc. of Nala police station area of Jamatara district, who were kept hostage in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, and brought them back home safely.

It is known that a person named Milan Bauri, a resident of Mihijam (Ambagan) of Jamtara district, had taken the said 15 youth to Chennai for work, but these laborers were kept hostage at Sandhya Aqua Farm in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh and were forced to work. It was being done. Threats were also given not to tell this to anyone.
The workers somehow contacted their families
In this difficult situation, the workers somehow secretly contacted their family members, told them their ordeal and asked to be immediately freed from here. An application was given by the family members at Nala police station on March 25.

Nala police station in-charge of Jamtara district, Sudeep Pandey, registered case number 34/24, taking the matter seriously, started investigation on various points. After this, the family members narrated their ordeal to local MLA cum Jharkhand Assembly Speaker Rabindra Nath Mahato. The Assembly Speaker had also assured to bring back the youth soon.

Nala police station in-charge Sudeep Pandey, SI Amar Kumar Tapey and other Pulib forces took prompt action and recovered all the 15 laborers held hostage from Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. The station in-charge said that all the youths have been freed and handed over to their families.
