Muzaffarpur: Murder of a newly married woman by strangulation before leaving her hand’s henna, absconding leaving the dead body in the hospital

Muzaffarpur: The case of murder of newly married Ruby Kumari by strangulation has come to light in Laxmi Chowk Saraswati Chowk Noonfar Mohalla of the city. On Sunday, the woman’s in-laws fled leaving the dead body in the hospital. He was married on June 7 last. Even the henna of the hand was not left yet. Regarding this, the father of the newly married woman has registered an FIR in Brahmpura police station. In this, son-in-law Aditya Prasad has been accused of assaulting and strangling him to death.

After postmortem the dead body reached the house of the accused

Kumar Santosh Rajak, Additional SHO of Brahmpura police station has confirmed this. After the late night post-mortem, the relatives reached the house of the accused with the dead body. An attempt was made to burn the dead body there. During this there was a lot of uproar. However, the matter was pacified when the police arrived.

Was troubled by her husband’s drug addiction

In fact, Shiv Kumar Sah, a resident of Phulwaria of Paru police station area, had married his daughter Ruby Kumari on June 7 at a marriage hall located in Laxmi Chowk. The ring ceremony took place on 21 May. Since marriage, the accused youth i.e. husband was troubled by the intoxication. He started fighting with her in a drunken state. They thrashed him on Sunday as well, then strangulated him after that. After this, he was hurriedly brought to a private hospital in Brahmpura. Where the doctor declared him dead.

Got a wound mark on the neck

After this, they fled leaving the dead body on the stretcher itself. By then Ruby’s family members came to know about this. Then his relatives living in the city and then his father also reached the hospital. There was a hue and cry in the hospital itself. The police of Brahmpura police station also reached. Also recorded the statement of Ruby’s father Shiv Kumar Sah. In this, an FIR has been lodged accusing the son-in-law and others of murder. The police have also found a wound mark on the throat.
