Muzaffarnagar: Now hearing on March 7 in property dispute worth Rs 100 crore in Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s family.

Muzaffarnagar News: A hearing was held on Friday in the dispute regarding ancestral property worth about Rs 100 crore in the family of famous film actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s younger brother Shamshuddin has approached the Civil Judge Senior Division Court demanding division of property. The court has issued notice to Nawazuddin’s mother Mehrunisha and other family members. Now the next hearing in this case will be held in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division on March 7, 2024. Another controversy has arisen in the family of film actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui. This time Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s younger brother Shamshuddin Siddiqui has demanded division of the ancestral property. Senior advocate Khurshid Farooqui said that actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s father Nawabuddin had property worth crores in town Budhana. After the death of Nawabuddin, the current heir of the property is his wife Mehrunisha. He told that a case of property distribution towards the heir of the property and brother of actor Nawazuddin was filed in the Civil Judge Senior Division Court on 17 November 2023. The court has issued notice to the remaining seven heirs including plaintiff Shamshuddin’s mother Mehrunisha and brother Nawazuddin Siddiqui for hearing in this case.

There is dispute regarding ancestral house and shops

Plaintiff’s advocate Khurshid Farooqui said that the case was heard in the Civil Judge Senior Division on Friday. During this period the defendant did not appear in the court. On this, notices have been issued by the court to all the eight defendants including actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui. It is being told that the property contains Budhana’s ancestral house and 21 shops. Their value is in crores. This dispute in the family started after the death of Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s father Nawabuddin Siddiqui. There has been no reconciliation between the brothers regarding the division of Budhana’s ancestral house and shops. In such a situation, now the court has given him the next date. On March 7, both sides will present their views in the court.

Notice has been issued to these people

On the basis of the suit filed by the plaintiff Shamasuddin, the Civil Judge Senior Division Court has sent notices to Nawazuddin Siddiqui, his mother Mehrunishaan, brother Ayazuddin, Faizuddin, Majuddin, Almasuddin, Minajuddin and sister Shamia.

Brother made this claim regarding ancestral property

According to Shamshuddin Siddiqui, who has filed a suit in the civil court for property division, his father, while alive, used to talk about equal distribution of the ancestral property among all the seven brothers, sister and mother. In a way, this was his verbal will. Told that after the death of his father, he felt the need to divide the property. The value of the ancestral property is more than Rs 100 crore, which includes many houses, shops and markets and other properties in Kasba Budhana. He has filed a suit regarding property division. Now the matter will be resolved through the court.
