Interestingly, the film directed by Homi Adajania is based on Anuja Chauhan’s Club U to Death and marks Sara’s first collaboration with Pankaj. Actually, she is seen romancing with Vijay Verma in the film and their amazing chemistry is attracting people’s attention.
Director Homi Adajania has put together a star-studded list of possible suspects after a body is found at the Royal Delhi Club. There is a merry widow Bambi (Sara Ali Khan), a Bollywood actress Shehnaz Noorani (Karisma Kapoor), a royal Ranvijay (Sanjay Kapoor) and a lawyer Akash (Vijay Verma).
When Pankaj Tripathi’s character ACP Singh comes to look around, he easily figures out that it is not an accident but a murder. The acting of all the stars is tremendous.
Meanwhile, talking about Murder Mubarak, Sara said in an interview, “I think it was a huge privilege. I think you know, working with Homi sir and this artist was very amazing, because I got to know a lot about myself as well.”
Pankaj Tripathi’s comedy and acting will definitely entertain you. Dimple Kapadia acted brilliantly in some scenes and Brijendra Kala played one of the long-time employees of the club.
Apart from Murder Mubarak, Sara will also be seen in Ae Watan Mere Watan, a historical biographical drama film based on the life of Usha Mehta and will release on Amazon Prime on March 22 this year.
