But he could not get permission. After this, Abbas’s lawyers filed a revised petition to join Fatiha. On which the Supreme Court has given him permission to go to Ghazipur.

The Supreme Court has granted conditional interim bail to Abbas Ansari. According to the court order, Abbas will be able to read Fatiha at the grave of his father Mukhtar Ansari on April 10. After this he will be kept in Ghazipur jail. Abbas Ansari will be able to meet his family members on 11th and 12th April. Abbas will be brought back to Kasganj jail on 13 April. During this period, Abbas Ansari will not be able to attend any meeting or interview.
