Mukesh Thakur’s Lakhisarai house confiscated in fraud case of Rs 1 crore, promise was made to provide mines in Jharkhand

Lakhisarai. In the month of April, RPF police had reached the houses of two absconding accused to seize the houses of two absconding accused in the case of defrauding Hardeep Dayal, a businessman of Sonipat, Haryana, of Rs 1 crore in the name of getting coal mines in Jharkhand. Of the nine people involved in this case, five are already in judicial custody. Whereas Mukesh Thakur and Ramashish Sao alias Shukul Sao, residents of Lali Pahari of local Kavaiya police station area, were absconding. An attachment warrant was issued against him, while an advertisement has been issued against Sara Madam of Mumbai.

Action stopped on information of Sukul Saav’s surrender

Under the leadership of RPF Inspector Naseem Ahmed, the action of attachment of Mukesh Thakur’s house has been taken with the help of local Kavaiya police. The attachment proceedings have been stopped for the time being after Sukul Sao’s family members assured to surrender in the court tomorrow itself. Let us tell you that within two-four days of the incident, Tanik Verma of Dharmarai Chak locality, the district headquarters, was taken into custody. While along with this, four railway station personnel, Chandan Kumar and Pintu Kumar of Badhiya Railway Police Post and Deepak Kumar and Mohammad Ejaz of Kiul Railway Station are already in jail. Ramashish Sao alias Sukul, Mukesh Thakur and Sara Madam, identified as the masterminds of this fraud, were absconding. Advertisement has been issued against Sara Madam, a resident of Mumbai.

Sukul Sao has the main role in this fraud

Sukul Saav has already been involved in this kind of business. As it is known that Ramashish Sao alias Sukul Sao, a businessman from Lakhisarai and resident of Ranchi, had defrauded Sonipat businessman Hardeep Dayal of Rs 1 crore thrice in the name of coal mines. Later, the money was returned to Hardeep Dayal in Deoghar on March 31, saying that the contract was not given due to lack of necessary papers. The same evening, at Jhajha railway station, the said four GRP personnel had taken down a bag full of money in the name of investigation. Later it was revealed that the four police personnel were also involved in Sukul Sao’s gang. In this regard, a case has been registered in Jhajha Railway Station under case number 92/23. Attachment warrant has also been issued against another accused Prakash Patel.
