MP Election 2023: Jan Ashirwad Yatra, Shivraj government engaged in wooing the tribal community of Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh The enthusiasm of the public and workers has increased with the arrival of central leaders in the Jan Ashirwad Yatra being run by the BJP. However, through this yatra, every effort is being made to woo the tribals and more attention is being given to tribal dominated areas. However, to improve the living standards of tribals in Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan government has launched many schemes, the benefits of which are being availed by the people. However, it is also being claimed that the direct impact of the schemes run by the government to improve the living standards of the tribals is also visible in BJP’s Jan Ashirwad Yatra. The biggest thing is that in BJP’s Jan Ashirwad, messages like ‘double engine government means double the speed of development in the state’ are being given.

BJP counting the benefits of double engine government

It is being told in media reports that through Jan Ashirwad Yatra, the top leadership of BJP is making the tribal people aware of the work of the double engine government and its benefits. Due to this, the top leadership is also getting benefit during the journey. People in tribal areas are sharing their experiences. When central leaders praise the work of state Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, tribal people also give their consent.

Public support to top leadership

It is also being claimed that the top leadership of BJP is getting full support from the public in the tribal areas. PESA Act is applicable in Madhya Pradesh. Apart from this, many tribal welfare schemes run by the state government have changed the picture of these tribal areas. The impact of these schemes is directly visible on the Jan Ashirwad Yatras reaching tribal areas.

Congress is again singing tribal tunes

Mukam Singh Kirade, former MLA of Kukshi assembly of Dhar district, claims that as elections approach, Congress is once again talking about tribal interests, whereas the truth is that Congress has always neglected tribal interests. Once, through manipulative efforts, he ousted the tribal Chief Minister and formed his own government, while twice, he snatched away the natural claim of the leader of the tribal community for the post of Chief Minister. Congress never gave due respect to the tribals who made sacrifices in the freedom struggle.

Shivraj government is supporting the Center in improving the lives of the poor.

He said that on the other hand, the tribal community of the state has now come to know that the Madhya Pradesh government is also equally participating in fulfilling the resolve of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to raise the standard of living of the poor. The result of this is that Madhya Pradesh has topped in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Now Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has announced to include beloved sisters also in this scheme. He says that after taking applications from the poor sisters whose names have been left out in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, they will be given permanent houses under the Ladli Brahmin Awas Yojana.

Tribal women’s participation

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan started many schemes regarding tribals. Tribal women have got full benefits of Ladli Brahmin Yojana and Ladli Lakshmi Yojana. Citing government figures, it is being said that so far 44701 women have benefited under Ladli Lakshmi schemes in Alirajpur and 125567 women have benefited through Ladli Brahmin scheme. The BJP government has so far transferred Rs 11 crore 81 lakh to the bank accounts only through Ladli Brahmin Yojana.

Construction of roads in tribal areas

Along with this, the double engine government has also contributed significantly to other schemes for the development of tribals. In Alirajpur, 69.21 kilometer road has been built under the Chief Minister Road Scheme and 1225.08 kilometer road has been built through the Prime Minister Road Scheme. Due to this, the people here have got a lot of convenience in transportation. The active participation of women in Vindhya, Mahakaushal, Malwa, Gwalior-Chambal and Indore divisions on September 11 has indicated that the benefits of government schemes have reached them.
