MP Election 2023: ‘G-20 in Delhi, G-18 in MP under BJP government’, Congress leader Kamal Nath’s sarcasm

MP Election 2023: Assembly elections are going to be held in Madhya Pradesh by the end of this year. Before this, Congress had become fully active. Former Chief Minister of the state and State President of Congress Kamal Nath is a constant attacker on the BJP government. He has taken a dig at the Shivraj government of Madhya Pradesh regarding the G20 summit going on in Delhi.

Congress leader Kamal Nath wrote on social media platform So only scams (G) are going on. He further wrote that in the 225 months of government, more than 225 major scams have taken place, and small scams are not counted. G-18 of Shivraj government…18 years full of scams (G)…

Congress accused Shivraj government of 50 percent commission

Earlier, Congress had accused Shivraj Singh Chouhan government of Madhya Pradesh of commission embezzlement. Former Congress state president Arun Yadav shared a letter from the contractors, which was written to the Chief Justice of the High Court, in which it has been said that payment will be received only after getting 50 percent commission. Referring to the same letter, Congress attacked the BJP government and accused it of taking 50 percent commission from contractors.

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi had claimed that an association of contractors from Madhya Pradesh has written a letter to the Chief Justice of the High Court complaining that they get paid only after paying 50 percent commission. He had alleged that the corrupt BJP government of Karnataka used to charge 40 percent commission. The BJP government in Madhya Pradesh has gone ahead by breaking its own record of corruption. The people of Karnataka voted out the government with 40 percent commission. Now the people of Madhya Pradesh will vote out the government with 50 percent commission.

BJP-Congress face to face regarding Jan Ashirwad Yatra

It should be noted that before the elections, BJP and Congress are attacking each other. BJP’s Jan Ashirwad Yatra continues in the state. Meanwhile, a day after the attack on BJP’s Jan Ashirwad Yatra in Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had said that Congress will not get success in the upcoming assembly elections with such tactics. However, the opposition Congress rejected BJP’s allegations and said that the anger of the people of Neemuch-Mandsaur area is coming out against the government due to the imposition of impractical plan of Cheetah Project.

Public’s anger is coming out on Jan Ashirwad Yatra

Earlier, State Congress President Kamal Nath had written on ‘X’ that public anger is coming out over BJP’s Jan Ashirwad Yatra in Neemuch-Mandsaur area. This is another example of distrust in the BJP government. The BJP government is imposing the impractical plan of Project Cheetah on the people of this area. The land of farmers and villagers of the area is badly affected, the pastures of the animals have been taken away. This area is burning with anger. He said that Chief Minister Chouhan and BJP leaders are intoxicated with power and are ignoring public sentiments.

A look at the last assembly elections

Let us tell you that in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections of November 2018, Congress won 114 out of 230 seats, while BJP stood second with 109 seats. Congress formed a coalition government under the leadership of Kamal Nath with the support of Independents, BSP and SP. However, this government fell after 15 months when a group of Congress MLAs led by current Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia joined the BJP. As a result, BJP government was formed and Chauhan returned as Chief Minister.
