Hyundai Creta Facelift: The Creta facelift car of South Korean company Hyundai Motor India has torn the market. The company has launched this car only in January 2024. Within three months of its launch, bookings for this car crossed 1 lakh. The special thing is that the people of India have showered maximum love on its sunroof and connected variants. Sunroof variants have about 71 percent share and connected variants have about 52 percent share in bookings crossing the 1 lakh mark. According to media reports, around 50,000 units of this SUV car were booked in February 2024, while 80,000 units were booked in March 2024. However, the company has also increased its price by Rs 10,000. Still its craze has not diminished.

When the booking figures of Creta facelift crossed 1 lakh, Hyundai Motor India COO Tarun Garg said that Hyundai Creta facelift, launched in January, is getting tremendous response from the customers. It is the result of customer choice that more than 1 lakh bookings were made in just three months. He said that the thing to note is that the sunroof variant has about 71 percent share in the bookings, while the connected car variant has about 52 percent contribution.

Hyundai Creta facelift engine

Hyundai Creta facelift SUV car is available in the market with three engine options. All 1.5 liter engines are provided in it. It has a naturally aspirated petrol engine, a turbocharged petrol engine and a diesel engine. With these three engines, the updated Creta has been provided with 6-speed manual, IVT (Intelligent Variable Transmission), 7-speed DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) and 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

Talking about the features of Hyundai Creta Facelift, this SUV car has dual integrated 10.25-inch display with connected car technology (one for infotainment system and one for instrumentation), dual-zone AC, 8-speaker Bose sound system, panoramic Features like sunroof, wireless phone charging, 8-way power adjustable driver seat and ventilated front seats have been provided. At the same time, for the safety of the passengers, it has been provided with safety features like six airbags, 360-degree camera, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring system and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).

Hyundai Creta facelift price and competition

The price of Hyundai Creta facelift starts at Rs 11 lakh, ex-showroom India, and goes up to Rs 20.15 lakh. In the market, it competes with MG Astor, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyrider, Honda Elevate, Citroen C3 Aircross and Kia Seltos.
