There are indications of its departure from Jharkhand by October 10. He also said that before leaving Jharkhand monsoon It will rain in many areas. He said that there is a possibility of light rainfall at isolated places in the north-eastern and south-eastern parts of Jharkhand on October 8. It also said that there is no possibility of any major change in the maximum temperature in Jharkhand for the next five days. He said that after this the weather will remain dry from October 9. The chief meteorologist of Ranchi also said that on October 12 and 13, there may be light rainfall at isolated places in the north-eastern parts.

Monsoon remained weak in Jharkhand

According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon remained weak in Jharkhand during the last 24 hours. Maximum rainfall of 17 mm occurred in Garhwa district. The highest temperatures were recorded in Daltenganj and Chaibasa in West Singhbhum. The maximum temperature at both these places was 34 degrees centigrade. During this period, the capital Ranchi had the lowest minimum temperature. The minimum temperature here was recorded at 21.8 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department said that there was 17 mm rainfall in Garhwa, 10.5 mm in Dhurki, 7.4 mm in Kurdeg, 5.4 mm in Garhwa, 4 mm in Murhu, 4 mm in Rajmahal, 2.7 mm in Maheshpur and 1.2 mm in Borio.

Garhwa received 1030 percent more rainfall than normal.

Abhishek Anand, head of the Meteorological Center, Ranchi, said that between October 1 and October 7, 133.4 mm rainfall has occurred, which is 358 percent more than the normal. During this period, 29.1 mm rainfall is considered normal rainfall. During this one week, maximum rainfall of 196.3 mm has occurred in Dhanbad. There was 192.1 mm rainfall in Garhwa and 190.7 mm rainfall in Bokaro. West Singhbhum, Simdega, Seraikela-Kharsawan and Pakur are the districts which received less than 100 mm rainfall. All other districts received more than 100 mm rainfall. In these seven days, Garhwa has received 192.1 mm rainfall instead of 17 mm, which is 1030 percent more than normal.

The environment is becoming favorable for the return of monsoon

The Meteorological Department has said that a favorable environment has been prepared for the return of the south-west monsoon. It is returning from Lucknow, Satna, Nagpur, Parbhani, Pune, Alibaug. The circumstances are becoming such that now it will withdraw from Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Eastern Madhya Pradesh, some parts of Bihar as well as some other parts of Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Maharashtra in the next two days. It has also been said that there is a trough, which is currently moving from Manipur to East Bihar and beyond towards Bangladesh.
