Now according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the rains in Kerala are expected to be delayed for about five days. In such a situation, it can be said that monsoon can enter Kerala by June 10. In such a situation, if the monsoon winds are normal, then around June 25, monsoon rains may start in Jharkhand as well.
When will there be pre-monsoon rains in Jharkhand
Due to the delay in monsoon, the people of Jharkhand are yet to get respite from the heat. Pre-monsoon rains will also be delayed. The Meteorological Center has predicted that till June 10, rain is not expected in Jharkhand. During this the temperature will rise. From June 8 to 12, heat wave may prevail in the entire state. Abhishek Anand, in-charge of the Meteorological Center, has said that Cyclone Biporjoy is coming in the Arabian Sea, but it will not have any effect in Jharkhand.
