Money Laundering Case: Jailed Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia has not got relief from the court in the Delhi Liquor Policy case. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of Sisodia for 14 days. Today i.e. on Wednesday, AAP leader Manish Sisodia was produced in Rouse Avenue Court. Where the court ordered to keep him in judicial custody till 17 April.

The ED’s counsel made the following submissions: The lawyer appearing for the ED in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court said that the investigation in the case is at a critical juncture, that’s why we are seeking extension of Sisodia’s judicial custody. ED’s advocate Zoheb Hussain told the court that we are gathering some information related to the hawala operator. In such a situation, we want time till 10 or 11 April to present our arguments. After which the court ordered to extend the judicial custody period of Sisodia.
