Mission Indradhanush program is going to start in Munger from 11th September. After this the Uwin app will work in mission mode. Under Mission Indradhanush, children deprived of regular vaccination will be vaccinated. Now vaccination of children and pregnant women will be completely online through UWin app. The Mission Indradhanush vaccination cycle in the district will start from September 11 as per the prescribed cycle for the next three months. In which regular vaccination of children aged zero to five years and pregnant women who are left out of regular vaccination will be done on priority basis. In whose preparations the District Immunization Office is engaged. Under the Mission Indradhanush vaccination program, now regular vaccination of children and pregnant women in the district will be completely online in mission mode through the UWin portal. Whose survey work has been completed. After this it will be started now.
The program will run till December 2
According to the information, as per the instructions of the Health Department, the Mission Indradhanush program for regular vaccination of children in the age group of zero to five and pregnant women will be held from September 11. In which this program will be inaugurated on September 11 near the blood bank of Sadar Hospital. Mission Indradhanush program will be in total three cycles. In which the first cycle will be from 11 to 16 September. Whereas, the second cycle will be from 9th to 14th October and the third cycle will be from 27th November to 2nd December.
Data being uploaded to the portal
It was told that under the Mission Indradhanush program, vaccination of all the children and pregnant women in the age group of 0 to 5, old and new, along with all the left-behind children and pregnant women in the district, will be done online under the UWin app. For this, the data of children and pregnant women who have taken one or two regular vaccinations along with children and pregnant women missed by the department in the past is being uploaded on the Uwin app portal. For this, all the Sadar hospitals and all the health centers of the district where delivery facilities are available. He has been linked to the regular vaccination center. From where the data of all the mothers, children and pregnant women is being uploaded on the portal. Whereas in this work, work is being done by the associate agencies of the Health Department, WHO, UNICEF, MAC and UNDP.
Registration will be done through the portal
Now real time monitoring of vaccination of pregnant women and newborns will be online. For this, the UWin portal has been launched by the government, which will work like the Covid portal. Through this portal, a message alert will be sent to the mobile on the scheduled date regarding the scheduled vaccination of pregnant women and newborns. Whereas, through this portal, the general public will not only be able to register for vaccination of their pregnant women and newborns, but will also be able to book slots for their vaccination. After registering on the UWin portal, an alert message will be sent to the mobile number for every date of vaccination of the child or pregnant woman. In such a situation, the worry of forgetting the day of vaccination will also go away.
By keeping all the records online, problems arising after losing the vaccination card can also be avoided. By registering online, children can be vaccinated against various diseases like polio, pneumonia, cirrhosis, whooping cough, diphtheria, smallpox, rota virus. Apart from this, complete details of routine vaccination of child or pregnant woman will be available with just one click. Civil Surgeon Dr PM Sahay said that the department has completed all preparations for the Mission Indradhanush programme. All concerned departments and district immunization offices have been ordered to complete this work regularly. Let us tell you that after this new system, vaccination will become much easier.
