Meesho Crosses 500 Million Downloads: E-commerce platform Meesho has crossed 500 million downloads on Google Play and iOS App Store. Mobile data analysis firm data.ai reported that Meesho has crossed this figure faster than any other shopping app.
The analysis firm said in a statement that Meesho achieved the target of 500 million downloads in six years. According to data.ai, Meesho will get more than half of these downloads (274 million) in 2022.
Meesho’s Chief Experience Officer (CXO) for user growth Megha Agarwal said that India has 75-80 crore users with smartphones and internet access and thus huge opportunities for growth are available for the company.
