The court has ordered the arrest of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) western UP in-charge Shamsuddin Rain for assaulting a worker and using caste-related words. Besides, action has also been taken under section 82. Former Divisional Coordinator and Advocate Anil Pradhan, resident of Yadgarpur, accused Shamsuddin, Satpal Pepla, Mohit Jatav, Dinesh Kazipur, Vikas Rohta and 15-20 unknown people of assault, using caste-related words and abusing in Nauchandi police station on 28 April 2022. A case was filed making allegations. The police recorded the statements of the plaintiff. Shamsuddin was also called, but he did not arrive. After this the police issued five notices, but kept maintaining distance from the police. On September 21, 2023, the court issued non-bailable warrants. He was instructed to appear on October 18. Anil Pradhan alleges that Shamsuddin kept taking advantage of political influence. Meanwhile, Shamsuddin filed an application in the court against the non-bailable warrant. The court rejected it. Now the police were instructed to either arrest Shamsuddin or start the process related to the action of Section 82.
Miscreants fired heavy bullets at a young man in Hastinapur
A young man was shot dead in Lukadhadi village of Hastinapur police station area of Meerut, after the incident there was a sensation in the area. Heavy police force has been deployed at the spot. According to the information, there was a dispute going on between two parties in Lukadhadi village for the last two years. Earlier a person from the other party was murdered. Since then there was enmity between the two sides. Many times videos with illegal pistols of both the parties were also made viral. For the last four days, one party was continuously pleading for help from the police station. In this case, the victim’s side had informed the police officers about the matter on Saturday and requested for help, but the police station did not listen to anyone. They have been continuously contacting the police station for the last two days. The police did not provide any help to the victim, due to which the young man was shot dead in a mustard field near the village at around 10:00 pm on Sunday.
The murder spread sensation in the entire village
The deceased has been identified as Ankit s/o Kanwarpal. The dispute between the two parties has been going on for a long time. There was a tense situation in the village for the last four days, in which the victim was continuously pleading for help from the police station, but the police station did not listen. Due to this the young man was murdered on Sunday. The victim’s family members created a ruckus by reaching the police station and making serious allegations against the police station in-charge. During this time, the villagers present sat at the main gate of the police station and raised slogans against the police.
Accusation of negligence on police station in-charge
Accused the police station in-charge of murder due to negligence and said that if the police had taken this matter seriously, Ankit would not have been murdered, because for the last three days he was constantly appealing to the police for help due to the inkling of the murder. He said that the police station in-charge did not take the matter seriously and even chased away the victim who came to complain from the police station. The people of the victim’s family sat on a dharna at the main gate of the place demanding suspension of the police station in-charge and the inspector. The family members alleged that Ankit was shot dead due to the negligence of the police station in-charge. The victim’s family was aware of the murder continuously for the last three months, because illegal weapons were continuously being made viral on social media by the accused. In the photo viral case with him, the police had taken action against only one out of half a dozen people.
Ankit was murdered on Sunday while on Saturday he had reached the police station demanding action against the accused. In this case, the victim’s family and villagers have started a protest demanding suspension of the police station in-charge and the concerned local in-charge. Since the matter is related to Rajput community, National President of Chauhan Chhatriya Kalyan Mahasabha Thakur Jaipal Singh has reached the spot. Hundreds of people of Rajput community are protesting at the police station demanding suspension of the station in-charge and the concerned inspector. Police administrative officers are continuously trying to pacify the villagers but the villagers are getting angry. Even after the uproar, the police administrative officer is not ready to take action against the station in-charge, due to which the people of the victim’s family are continuously creating ruckus at the police station, demanding suspension and appear completely angry.
