On Saturday, the police got information from the informer that Vinay and Naresh Sagar were running away from Agra by bus. Both are wanted in Centro car theft case. On information, the police reached Kankarkheda and caught both the miscreants and brought them to Kankarkheda police station, where they were interrogated. During interrogation, both of them confessed to shooting the outpost in-charge. Told that he had fired the shot with a 32 bore semi-auto pistol.

After shooting, the pistol was hidden in the fields in Jangethi area of ​​Kankarkheda. On the spot of the miscreants, the police took the pistol to Jangethi to recover it. Where the miscreant told the police that the pistol was buried in the sugarcane field. The police took the miscreant to the sugarcane field. The scoundrel Vinay showed that pistol. Suddenly Vinay picked up the pistol and started running. When the police ran after him, he opened fire on the police. During the firing, the bullet hit constable Sumit Chaprana’s arm. Due to which the soldier fell on the spot and got injured. Police also called SOG, Crime and Surveillance team on the spot. In the firing by the police, Vinay was hit by one bullet in his chest and the other in his head. The criminal fell dead as soon as he was shot. However, the police took him to Kailashi Hospital, Meerut for treatment. From where he was medically referred. The doctors declared him dead in the medical examination. Let us tell you that Vinay’s other associate Naresh is being interrogated by the police. Raids are being conducted to search for the third criminal, Anuj. Injured constable Sumit has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. There was a reward of Rs 25-25 thousand on the deceased Vinay and Anuj. There are 6 cases registered against deceased Vinay.
