Meerut News: In UP, Danish Akhlaq, son of former BSP MP from Meerut, Shahid Akhlaq, has been accused of rape by a girl from Delhi. The girl reached the Meerut SSP office on Friday with her complaint. The girl alleges that Danish, son of former MP Shahid Akhlaq, befriended her by coaxing her. After this, he called her to a hotel in Meerut and forcibly had physical relations with her. When she asked for a rape complaint, the MP’s son threatened to kill her.
The girl further told that a few days ago a message came on her Instagram from a young man named Danish Qureshi. When the applicant asked, the young man told the name of Danish Akhlaq and the conversation started on Instagram and also on the phone. In the conversation, Danish described himself as unmarried. The girl came to Danish’s words and on August 20, 2023, came to Delhi to meet Danish, where both of them had a conversation sitting in the Hauz Khas restaurant. During this, Danish told the applicant that he is from a good family in Meerut. His father Shahid Akhlaq has been a former MP.
On August 22, called to meet in the hotel, raped
After this, on 22 August, Danish called him to meet him at Chrome Hotel on Meerut Delhi Road. Told the girl that this is my hotel. Danish gave a mobile number to the girl and said that this is my manager’s number, meet him after coming to the hotel. When the girl reached the hotel at 3 pm, the manager took her to a room on the second floor of the hotel and asked her to sit.
The girl alleges that when she was sitting in the hotel room, after some time Danish came to the room and started talking. After this, after drinking alcohol, he started forcing himself on her. When the girl protested, he forcibly made physical relations with her. When the girl started crying, Danish said, I will support you, don’t worry, when the girl went to take a bath in the toilet in the hotel room, then MP’s son Danish made a video of the girl taking a bath in his mobile.
The woman also said in the complaint that when she suspected that Danish was making a video of her taking a bath, she came out and checked Danish’s phone, in which she also found nude videos of herself taking a bath. The girl deleted the video from Danish’s phone. The girl alleges that she has seen chatting and posts of other Hindu girls in Danish’s phone. On which Danish has also written I love my wife, I love my daughter. The girl said that seeing this she was convinced that Danish had lied to her.
When the girl asked Danish to marry her, he refused. The girl kept asking for marriage again and again but Danish refused to marry. After this the girl left the hotel. Now Danish is harassing her by calling and messaging continuously. The girl said that Danish Akhlaq, son of former MP Shahid Akhlaq, is cheating Hindu girls by talking like this. He was also forcibly called by lying and physically abused.
The girl has complained against Danish to the SSP and demanded to file a report. Police has started investigating the matter by registering an FIR. Please inform that Shahid Akhlaq has been a Member of Parliament contesting elections on BSP ticket. Later, after breaking away from BSP, he formed his own party.
