Train News: Many trains passing through Bihar have been cancelled. A decision has also been taken to change the routes of 17 trains. This decision has been taken regarding NI work in view of doubling in Lucknow division of Northern Railway. This information has been shared by Chief Public Relations Officer Virendra Kumar. In view of the doubling work between Shahganj-Bilvai-Tulsinagar stations located on the Barabanki-Ayodhya-Shahganj-Zafrabad railway section of Lucknow division of Northern Railway for upgradation in passenger convenience and ease of operation of trains, some of the East Central Railway passing through this section has been Temporary changes have been made in the operation of trains. As a result of expansion in line capacity, more trains will run and punctuality of trains will also be improved.
These trains were canceled
1. 14017 Raxaul- Anand Vihar Terminus Sadbhavna Express running from Raxaul on 07 and 14 December, 2023 will remain cancelled.
2. 14018 Anand Vihar Terminus – Raxaul Sadbhavna Express running from Anand Vihar Terminus on 06 and 13 December, 2023 will remain cancelled.
3. 13509 Asansol-Gonda Express running from Asansol on December 12, 2023 will remain cancelled.
4. 13510 Gonda-Asansol Express running from Gonda on December 13, 2023 will remain cancelled.
5. 09465 Ahmedabad-Darbhanga special train running from Ahmedabad on 08 and 15 December, 2023 will remain cancelled.
6. 09466 Darbhanga-Ahmedabad special train running from Darbhanga on December 11 and 18, 2023 will remain cancelled.
There was a change in the route of these trains.
1. 14649 Jaynagar-Amritsar Express running from Jaynagar on 08, 10, 12 and 15 December, 2023 will be diverted to run via Chhapra-Gorakhpur-Gonda-Barabanki-Lucknow.
2. 14650 Amritsar-Jaynagar Express running from Mritsar on 11th and 13th December, 2023 will run via the diverted route Lucknow-Barabanki-Gonda-Gorakhpur-Chhapra.
3. 15715 Kishanganj-Ajmer Express running from Kishanganj on 08, 10, 12 and 15 December, 2023 will run via the changed route Chapra-Gorakhpur-Gonda-Barabanki-Lucknow.
4. 15716 Ajmer-Kishanganj Express running from Ajmer on 07, 11, 12 and 14 December, 2023 will run on the changed route via Lucknow- Barabanki- Gonda- Gorakhpur- Chhapra.
5. The changed route of 19053 Surat-Muzaffarpur Express running from Surat on December 15, 2023 will run via Lucknow-Barabanki-Gonda-Gorakhpur-Chhapra.
6. 19054 Muzaffarpur-Surat Express running from Muzaffarpur on December 10, 2023 will be diverted to run via Chhapra-Gorakhpur-Gonda-Barabanki-Lucknow.
7. 19165 Ahmedabad-Darbhanga Express running from Ahmedabad on 06, 08, 10, 13 and 15 December, 2023 will run on the changed route via Lucknow-Barabanki-Gonda-Gorakhpur-Chhapra.
8. 19166 Darbhanga-Ahmedabad Express running from Darbhanga on 09, 11, 13 and 16 December, 2023 will run on the changed route via Chhapra-Gorakhpur-Gonda-Barabanki-Lucknow.
9. 13009 Howrah-Yoganagari Rishikesh Doon Express running from Howrah from 10.12.2023 to 15.12.2023 will be run via the diverted route Varanasi-Maa Belha Devi Dham-Lucknow.
10. 13010 Yoganagari Rishikesh – Howrah Doon Express running from Yoganagari Rishikesh from 10.12.2023 to 15.12.2023 will be diverted to run via Lucknow – Maa Belha Devi Dham – Varanasi.
11. 15934 Amritsar-New Tinsukia Express running from Amritsar on 15.12.2023 will be diverted to run via Lucknow-Maa Belha Devi Dham- Varanasi.
12. 13238 Kota-Patna Express running from Kota on 10, 14 and 15 December, 2023 will be diverted to run via Lucknow-Sultanpur-Zafarabad.
13. 13483 Malda Town-Delhi Farakka Express running from Malda Town on 06, 08, 10, 12, 13 and 15 December, 2023 will be diverted to run via Zafarabad-Sultanpur-Lucknow.
14. 13484 Delhi-Malda Town Farakka Express running from Delhi on 10, 12, 14 and 15 December, 2023 will be diverted to run via Lucknow- Sultanpur- Zafarabad.
15. 15636 Guwahati-Okha Dwarka Express running from Guwahati on 11.12.2023 will be diverted to run via Zafarabad-Sultanpur-Lucknow.
16. 15668 Kamakhya- Gandhidham Express running from Kamakhya on 13.12.2023 will be diverted to run via Zafarabad- Sultanpur- Lucknow.
17. 19321 Indore-Patna Express running from Indore on 09.12.2023 will be diverted to run via Lucknow-Sultanpur-Zafarabad.
