Murder In Patna Court News: On Friday, a notorious man who was brought for production from Beur jail was murdered in the Danapur Court campus of Bihar. 27 year old Abhishek Kumar alias Chhote Sarkar, who was included in the list of top 20 criminals of Patna district, was shot dead in film style. Two attackers fired about 6 rounds at him inside the court premises, out of which 4 bullets hit Abhishek and he died. This incident of murder created chaos in the court premises. The policemen who were taking the notorious Abhishek to appear were also left speechless for some time. Taking the matter seriously, Patna SSP Rajeev Mishra has instructed CT SP West to investigate the incident. Let us tell you that this is not the first incident of attack and murder in the court premises. Many incidents have happened before this also. If we talk about this year, three such incidents have happened.
Murder of prisoner in Danapur court campus
There was heavy firing in Danapur Court campus on Friday. Two miscreants together shot dead the notorious Abhishek alias Chhote Sarkar. Policemen were taking Abhishek from the court to the court for his appearance. Meanwhile, two youths came out of the crowd and fired at him. The police arrested both the attackers. One of the attackers is Samarjeet Kumar who is a resident of Muzaffarpur and is a professional criminal. Whereas the second criminal is a minor and the police has not found any criminal history yet. This incident of murder has created a sensation in the court premises.
Firing on liquor smuggler in Samastipur court premises
This is not the first incident of attack in the court premises. A few months ago also, on August 26, firing was done on a liquor smuggler who had come to appear in the Samastipur court premises. The attackers had fired indiscriminately at liquor smuggler Prabhat Chaudhary. A prisoner named Prabhat Tiwari was also injured in this attack. Both of them saved their lives by running towards the emergency. Whereas after the firing there was a stampede in the court premises. Both the miscreants opened fire and easily fled from the spot on foot.
Prabhakar Pandit’s murder in Saharsa court
Earlier on March 28, 2023, there was firing inside the court complex in Saharsa. Prisoner Prabhakar Kumar (22) was shot dead while coming out of the judge’s chamber after appearing in the court. This incident created chaos in the court premises. A case was registered against Prabhakar regarding Arms Act and murder. The police brought him to court for presentation. After the hearing, when the police came out to take him to jail, fearless criminals ambushed him and fired bullets at him. Due to which he died on the spot. The police chased away the criminal Alok Kumar who was running away from the spot.
Gangster Santosh Jha murdered in Sitamarhi court premises
A few years ago, in the year 2018, notorious gangster Santosh Jha was shot dead in the court premises of Sitamarhi. He was brought to the court to appear for hearing in the case of murder of two engineers. Where the attackers targeted him and shot him dead. There was a stir in the court premises due to the murder of Santosh Jha, who had become the terror of North Bihar.
Constable murdered in Danapur court premises
In the year 2019, there was firing in the campus of Danapur Court. When the criminal Meraj came to appear, his associates tried to drive him away. During this time, the miscreant started escaping from police custody along with the handcuffs. When the police chased him, constable Prabhakar was shot dead by these miscreants. The constable was badly injured after being shot but even then with the help of a fellow constable he caught the criminal. Injured constable Prabhakar had died.
Murder has taken place in Arrah and Barh Court.
There are many more incidents of murder in the court premises. In the year 2015, notorious Lambu Sharma and Akhilesh Upadhyay had escaped after the bomb blast in Ara Court. In this case, a soldier injured by the bomb died. Whereas in the year 2017, an incident took place in Barh Court. Where Guddu Singh was murdered. Now, after the murder of a prisoner in Danapur Court on 15 December 2023, Patna SSP has directed to investigate how the miscreants entered the court premises with weapons.
