A large number of visitors also reached Bandel Church in Hooghly district and St. Paul’s Cathedral in the metropolis. Eateries on Park Street were full of customers. A one-kilometre route on Park Street is lined with illuminated panels depicting Santa Claus and reindeer, the birth of Jesus and other beautiful designs. Many other routes including Shribhoomi VIP Road, Harish Mukherjee Road, Elgin Road and Patuli Lake crossing were also illuminated.
