Mamata Banerjee said that BJP had promised to investigate Netaji’s disappearance before coming to power but later forgot. It is the misfortune of India that even after so many years, we do not have the date of Netaji’s demise. I tried for 20 years to declare Netaji’s birth anniversary as a national holiday but I failed, please forgive me. If the Central Government wanted, it could have given a government holiday on Netaji’s birth anniversary but it does not want to do so. BJP has to do politics and confuse people. BJP has forgotten Netaji and his sacrifice.
