According to the FIR lodged, the police found a video in which a black Scorpio was found with police lights, sign board and sticker written on it as DSP, even though the vehicle does not belong to any government servant.

Case registered regarding reels

A picture is becoming increasingly viral on social sites. In the picture, a young man is standing in front of a black Scorpio. There is a DSP designation board on the vehicle. Police lights and stickers are stuck. In the picture, the young man is seen trying to pass himself off as DSP. After the reels went viral, cyber station police officer Anjali Kumari investigated this picture. On verification of the vehicle seen in the video, the vehicle was found to be that of Narayan Mahato, son of Chandradev Mahato, resident of Ward No. 10, Mosadpur Tilrath, of Refinery Assistant Police Station area. When the said address was verified by the police, Narayan Mahato told that there is no government servant in his house. He admitted that his son Karan Kumar makes videos and posts them on social media. The father also told that his son has used the DSP board, whereas the accused Karan Kumar told that he is out now.

Case registered under IT Act

In this case, the police have said that holding the post of DSP as a public servant and misleading the general public is a crime, under which a case has been registered against Karan Kumar under Section 170/419 of IPC and Section 66 D of IPC under IT Act at Cyber ​​Police Station Begusarai. A case has been registered in. The police has started taking further action. In this case, Begusarai SP Manish said that action is being taken in this case under 420 and other relevant sections. Begusarai SP Manish Kumar said that a case under section 420 and other relevant sections has been registered in the cyber police station, which is under investigation. A notice has been issued to the accused. He is wrongly calling himself DSP which is not true, the matter is still being investigated.
