MAT 2023: Admission to more than 600 B-schools across the country is done through the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted at the All India level. To appear in this exam, the candidate must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a UGC recognized university. Students who are going to appear in the graduation final year examination this year can also give MAT.

On the basis of MAT score, more than 600 business schools located across the country offer admission to PG courses in management. If you score well, you can get admission in Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ PGDM or allied program in any reputed B-school of your choice. This exam is conducted four times a year and its score is valid for one year.
MAT 2023: This is the pattern of the test
MAT is an objective type test designed to determine the eligibility of a candidate for admission to Post Graduate Programs in Management. 200 multiple choice questions will be asked in the paper, to solve which two and a half hours i.e. 150 minutes will be given. There will be five sections in the paper. Language Comprehension in Section-1, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning in Section-2, Mathematical Skill in Section-3, Data Analysis and Sufficiency in Section-4, 40-40 questions focused on Indian and Global Environment in Section-5 respectively will be asked. For the preparation of the test, you can take the help of sample question papers available in the website of MAT AIMA. MAT is conducted in both Paper Based Test (PBT) and Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Candidates can apply for the exam to be conducted both online and offline or to appear in any one mode.

Date of Test : Paper based test will be organized on September 3, 2023 and computer based test on September 17, 2023.

Candidates desirous of appearing in the test will have to register online through the website of MAT AIMA.
Last date: The last date for online registration for appearing in the paper-based test is August 29, 2023. You can register online for the computer-based test by September 12, 2023.
