Major reshuffle in the administrative system of Rajasthan, transfer of 72 IAS and 121 RAS officers

Rajasthan IAS Transfer List: In Rajasthan, 72 IAS officers were transferred by issuing a notification late on Friday night. Besides, notification of transfer of 121 officers of Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) has also been issued. The new Bhajanlal Sharma government of Rajasthan has made the first major reshuffle in the administrative structure of the state. The State Personnel Department has issued orders in this regard late Friday night.

Under this, Churu District Collector Siddharth Sihag has been appointed as Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister, Kekri District Collector Vishwa Mohan Sharma has been appointed as Commissioner Mid Day Meal, Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation Managing Director Omprakash Weaver has been appointed as Commissioner in the Women Empowerment Department. Apart from this, collectors of many districts have been changed. At the same time, most of the RAS officers have been replaced at the level of Additional District Collector and Subdivision Officer. It is noteworthy that Bhajanlal Sharma had taken oath as Chief Minister on 15 December. After this, this is the first major reshuffle in the administrative fleet of the state.
