On December 8, Mahua Moitra was removed from the post of MP. They were asked to vacate the government bungalow in Delhi by January 7. But Mahua Moitra did not do this. On January 8, DOE sent a notice to Mahua directing it to vacate the bungalow within three days. But he has not yet vacated the bungalow. The former Trinamool MP had approached the court. According to Delhi High Court, Mahua will have to appeal to DOE. Meanwhile, a notice has been sent to Mahua again on Tuesday. According to which they are instructed to vacate the bungalow immediately.

A team of DEO officers will be sent

According to information received from sources, an eviction notice was issued against Mahua Moitra on Tuesday. This time a team of DEO officers will be sent there, so that the government bungalow can be vacated as soon as possible. The central government claimed that Mahua was given ample opportunity to prove this. Therefore, it is believed that in the letter a ‘final’ letter has been issued to Mahua to vacate the bungalow.

The Central Government has to take a decision in this regard as per the law. The court will not do anything. After this Mahua’s lawyer withdrew the case.
