Mahindra and Adani Total Energy will install EV charging station

EV Charging: With the increase in demand, sales and production of electric vehicles in India, the need for charging stations and battery swapping centers is also being felt. Due to lack of charging stations and battery swapping centres, people are hesitant in buying electric vehicles. However, subsidies are also being given by the Central and State Governments on the production, sale and purchase of electric vehicles. Meanwhile, the news is that Mahindra & Mahindra and Adani Total Energy have signed a deal with mutual cooperation to set up charging stations for electric vehicles in the country. These two companies have also signed an agreement on Thursday.

Big will be ready in India EV Charging infrastructure

Let us tell you that before this, Tata Electric of the leading industrial group Tata Sons has announced to set up 60,000 EV charging stations in the country. After this, now another leading automobile manufacturing group Mahindra & Mahindra has signed an agreement with Adani Total Energy to set up charging stations. According to a statement issued by these two companies, after this agreement, a roadmap will be prepared for the creation of a large EV charging infrastructure in the country.

Customers will get it on mobile app EV Charging Facility

The statement said that with this partnership of both the companies, e-mobility solutions will be offered to the customers with EV charging station facility and availability. Apart from this, after this partnership, XUV400 customers will be able to avail the facility of more than 1100 EV charging stations on Bluesense Plus mobile app. This will increase the access of owners of Mahindra electric vehicles to charging stations. They will not have to wander here and there to charge their vehicles.

EV Charging Convenience will increase customer confidence

Mahindra & Mahindra Automotive Division Chairman Vijay Nakara said that this agreement is the foundation to expand EV charging infrastructure. With this, our customers will be able to get easy access to charging network and digitalization. He said that along with providing charging facilities to customers through network partnerships, we are actively working to broaden the EV ecosystem so that electric vehicles can be adopted. Meanwhile, Suresh P Mangalani, Executive Director and CEO, Adani Total Energy, said that the collaboration with Mahindra & Mahindra for charging infrastructure will increase customer confidence in adopting EV technology as part of the energy transition.
