Maharashtra Politics: The Speaker has taken a big decision in the disqualification case of Shinde group MLAs in Maharashtra. In the case of disqualification of all the MLAs including CM Eknath Shinde, Speaker Rahul Narvekar said that Uddhav Thackeray does not have the right to remove Eknath Shinde. Let us tell you, in this case the SC had asked to give its verdict by 31st December. But it was extended till January 10. The decision proceedings in the disqualification case were telecast live. Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar said, Shiv Sena’s 2018 amended constitution cannot be considered valid as it is not on the records of the Election Commission of India. For the record, I have taken into account the 1999 constitution of Shiv Sena as the valid constitution. He said that Uddhav Thackeray’s leadership is not according to the 2018 Constitution. In such a situation, Uddhav Thackeray does not have the right to remove Eknath Shinde.
