Maha Navami 2023: On the eighth day of Shardiya Navratri, Mahagauri in the eighth form of Navdurga was worshiped in homes, temples and puja pandals in Uttarashada Nakshatra and Dhritti Yoga. During Mahashtami on Sunday, the devotees kept fasting and eating fruits and worshiped Bhagwati Jagadamba, offered lotus, Aparajit flowers and various types of offerings and prayed for attainment of all success. The devotees of Sanatan Dharma performed special worship of the Mother Goddess from early morning and performed Aarti by offering kheer, halwa, sweets, seasonal fruits, betel nuts and betel nuts. A huge crowd of devotees is gathering in the puja pandals to have the darshan of Goddess Durga. Siddhidatri, the last form of the nine forms of Jagati Janani, is being worshiped in Ashwin Shukla Mahanavami on Monday. Tomorrow on Tuesday, on Vijayadashami, we will bid farewell to the goddess and celebrate her birth anniversary.
