Actor Kunal Khemu, who started his acting career as a child artist in the small screen serial Gul Gulshan Gulfam, has acted in films of different genres in his career so far, but his comedy characters have given him special recognition. Perhaps this is the reason why he chose the comedy drama film Margao Express for his direction. He has also taken the responsibility of writing the film. There may not be anything new in the story of the film, but its treatment, dialogues and acting of the actors have definitely made this film entertaining.

Story of three friends
The story of the film is about three childhood friends Dodo (Divyendu), Pinku (Prateik) and Ayush (Avinash Tiwari). They have been planning to go to Goa since their school days, but for college and after that, Pinku and Ayush go to different countries for jobs but these three friends are not able to go to Goa together. Eventually, the three friends reconnect through social media after years and plan to go to Goa, but this journey turns out to be full of troubles and not fun for them. The situation becomes such that the police and gangsters all go after them. How does all this happen? What happens after that? This is the story of the film. The scope of sequel has also been kept intact in the film.

Advantages and disadvantages of the film

There is nothing much to say in the story of the film. Goa is an important character in the film, so drugs are linked to the story of the film. If there are drugs, there will be guns and gangsters too. Basically the story is one liner, but it is told in a very entertaining way. Because of which the film definitely keeps entertaining from beginning to end. In the story of the film, even if in a cursory manner, the artificial world of social media is also taken a dig at, which also adds good humor to the film. Be it the scene of Divyendu taking photos with the stars or the confession scene at the airport. The second half of the film has dragged a bit and the climax has been average. The climax needed a little more work. There was a need to give a little more space to the character of Chhaya Kadam in the story. The dialogues of the film have made the story interesting. This is an important USP of the film. The songs of the film match the mood of the story. The cinematography of the film is in accordance with the story.

Mirzapur’s Munna does not miss Tripathi, know why Divyendu Sharma said this

Divyendu and Pratik shine

Talking about acting, all three actors of the film have made their special identity in OTT. He also makes this film special with his acting. Especially Divyendu and Prateek. Divyendu has made his character very entertaining through his acting, while Prateek Gandhi also deserves praise for the way he has played his role in a dual manner. Avinash Tiwari’s character is a bit subdued compared to Divyendu and Prateek Gandhi, but he does justice to the role. The chemistry of all three friends is good. Chhaya Kadam and Upendra Limaye add a different color to this film with their acting and style. Remo D’Souza and Nora Fatehi had nothing special to do in the film.
