Among the 10 big companies, RSPL, which manufactures Lulu goods and Ghadi detergent, has expressed its desire to invest in GIDA. Jai Kumar, Director of Lulu Group, which has opened its malls in Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Bangalore, Lucknow and Coimbatore, said that on the special initiative of the Chief Minister, the proposal to build a mini shopping mall in Gorakhpur has been agreed upon. About one thousand people will get employment in the new mall. A meeting has been held with the administration for this. GIDA CEO Anuj Malik said that talks were held with Lulu Mall officials through video conferencing. There is information about sending a team from their side after 25th December. Apart from the commercial place of Kalesar, the team will also be shown land at other places. After the land is liked by them, the next process will start.

Adani Group will set up a cement factory in 150 acres.

Adani Group is preparing to set up a cement factory on 150 acres in Dhuriapar. Representatives of the company have seen the land between Banwarpar and Uruva crossing along the Sahjanwa-Dhuriyapar proposed railway line. Company representatives are in touch with GIDA administration. It is expected that its official announcement will also be made in the new year. Apart from this, six other cement companies are also in contact with the GIDA administration, with whom discussions are being held through video conferencing. More than six hundred units have been started in GIDA. Now the entire focus of the administration is on Link Expressway and the new industrial area to be built in Dhuriapar. The new industrial area of ​​Dhuriapar will be of 55 hundred acres. In this, 1600 acres area is being acquired in the first phase. Talks have been held with the farmers and now land registration is being done with them. However, unless renowned companies invest here, an industrial environment like Noida will not be created. Keeping this in mind, GIDA administration is in touch with Adani Group. Representatives of the group had come to Gorakhpur a few days ago. Apart from Link Expressway, he was shown land in Dhuriapar Industrial Area. The place which the company representatives liked is along the Sahjanwa-Dohrighat railway line. This place between Banwarpar and Uruwa crossing is yet to be decided as per the drawing of the railway line. The factory needs such land, where raw material can be transported by railway wagon and finished goods can also be sent to other cities.

Keeping this possibility in mind, GIDA administration has started the acquisition of 1600 acres of land here in the first phase. Representatives of the cement companies have gone after seeing the land. With the commencement of construction of the railway line, the activities of factories will also increase. GIDA CEO Anuj Malik said that discussions are being held through video conferencing with seven companies including Adani Group in Dhuriapar. Many people have also given their consent in principle. With the construction of the proposed railway line of Sahjanwa-Dohrighat, the work of setting up a factory in Dhuriapar Industrial Area will start. The effort is to start the process of allotment of land to some companies in the beginning of the new year.
