Loksabha Elecetion: Agreement between Akhilesh Yadav and Jayant Chaudhary for Lok Sabha elections, RLD will contest on seven seats.

Lucknow: Samajwadi Party and Rashtriya Lok Sabha, included in the Indian alliance, have reached an agreement regarding the Lok Sabha elections. Jayant Chaudhary’s RLD will contest elections on seven seats in UP. Akhilesh Yadav has shared a photo of himself and Jayant on Instagram and has written, ‘Congratulations to everyone on the alliance of Rashtriya Lok Dal and SP! Let us all unite for victory, let us unite!

Jayant has written on this that ‘Always ready to protect national and constitutional values, it is expected from all the workers of our alliance to move forward step by step for the development and prosperity of their area!’ RLD spokesperson Anil Dubey has confirmed this agreement.

It is noteworthy that in 2019, RLD had got three seats. This time the number has increased to seven. Samajwadi Party is the main party of India alliance in UP. Their seats have not been divided with Congress yet. Whereas a meeting of SP delegation has been held with Congress.
