Preparations for Lok Sabha elections 2024 are being done by political parties. There are many young leaders who are holding the reins of the party in the Lok Sabha elections to be held in Bihar. In this, the young face of RJD is Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, while Chirag Paswan of LJP (Ram Vilas) has taken charge of his party. We party leader Dr. Santosh Suman is also continuing his activism. Among the youth leaders is Mukesh Sahni, leader of Vikasseel Insaan Party (VIP). Among all these leaders, Kanhaiya Kumar is also the famous youth face of Congress Party in Bihar and in-charge of National Student Union of India.

Congress Party has not yet decided the role of Kanhaiya Kumar in the Lok Sabha elections of Bihar. Kanhaiya Kumar, who stood second on CPI ticket from Begusarai seat in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, has joined Congress. At present, he is not seen active in Bihar.

When Kanhaiya Kumar, who was the president of JNU Students Union, filed nomination papers as a CPI candidate from Begusarai parliamentary seat in 2019, that seat suddenly came into limelight. Famous personalities of the country had come for his election campaign. Kanhaiya Kumar was in front of BJP’s fire brand leader Giriraj Singh. However, a few days after losing the Begusarai seat, he joined the Congress Party.
Few months left for Lok Sabha elections
Now a few months are left for the Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, there is no discussion among Bihar Congress leaders regarding the role of Kanhaiya Kumar. He says that he is in national politics. In the last Lok Sabha elections, Union Minister Giriraj Singh got 6 lakh 92 thousand 193 votes from Begusarai seat, while Kanhaiya Kumar, who came second, got 2 lakh 69 thousand 976 votes. RJD’s Mohd. Tanveer Hasan stood third.
RJD candidate had got one lakh 98 thousand 233 votes. However, the picture of seats regarding the Lok Sabha elections is not clear yet. In whose favor the Begusarai seat will go, it is still in the womb of the future, while it is also not clear how the Congress will support its leader Kanhaiya Kumar.
