A total of 3,139 people including 1,911 senior citizens, 962 disabled people and 266 emergency service personnel will get this opportunity in Alipurduar. A total of 4,114 people, including 2,486 senior citizens, 1,323 disabled people and 305 emergency service personnel, will vote at home in Jalpaiguri.
