Lok Sabha Election 2024: There is a lot of activity in the political circles regarding the Lok Sabha elections 2024. Political parties are busy setting their stakes. In this connection, an alliance has been formed between Congress and Aam Aadmi Party. Out of seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi, Aam Aadmi Party is fielding its candidates on four seats and Congress on three seats. The three seats on which Congress candidates will contest include Chandni Chowk, North West Delhi and North East Delhi. It is noteworthy that in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP had won all seven seats of Delhi. Now in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections (Lok Sabha Election 2024), Aam Aadmi Party and Congress together are giving competition to BJP.

Lok Sabha Election 2024: North-East Delhi Lok Sabha seat
In the Lok Sabha Elections 2019, BJP had won the North-East Delhi Lok Sabha seat, which is highly considered among the seven seats of Delhi. BJP leader Manoj Tiwari was elected MP from here. In the 2019 elections, she defeated her nearest rival and Congress candidate Sheila Dikshit by more than three and a half lakh votes. Assembly constituencies like Seemapuri, Ghonda, Seelampur, Gokalpur, Rohtas Nagar, Babarpur, Karawal Nagar, Burari, Timarpur and Mustafabad come under North-East Delhi parliamentary constituency. In such a situation, it remains to be seen who the Congress will field as its candidate in this election.

Lok Sabha Election 2024: North-West Delhi Lok Sabha seat
In the Lok Sabha elections 2019, BJP had also won the North-West Delhi Lok Sabha seat of Delhi. Assembly constituencies like Sultanpur Majra, Mangolpuri, Kirari, Samaypur Badli, Narela, Nangloi, Mundka, Rithala, Bawana and Rohini come under North-West Delhi Lok Sabha seat. There was a triangular contest on this seat. A triangular contest was seen between BJP, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party. However, BJP candidate and famous Sufi singer Hansraj Hans won, defeating AAP and Congress candidates. Hans Raj Hans had defeated AAP candidate Guggan Singh and Congress’s Rajesh Lilothia. He had won here by more than five lakh votes.

Lok Sabha Election 2024: Chandni Lok Sabha seat
Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha seat is the smallest among the seven seats of Delhi but is considered very important. Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha seat is reserved for general category. BJP candidate Dr. Harsh Vardhan had won from here in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. He defeated his nearest rival Jai Prakash Aggarwal of Congress by about 3 lakh votes. Aam Aadmi Party had fielded Pankaj Gupta in the election field. But BJP had prevailed over both Aam Aadmi Party and Congress.
