Virat Ramayan Temple is being constructed by Mahavir Mandir Trust in East Champaran, Bihar. Now this construction will be supervised by Tata Consulting, which is supervising the construction of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya. In this regard, an agreement has been signed between Tata Consulting Engineers Limited and Mahavir Mandir Trust. This temple will be opened for devotees in the year 2026. Acharya Kishore Kunal, Secretary of Mahavir Temple Trust, gave this information in the press conference organized at Mahavir Temple on Wednesday.

What work will the company do?

Kishore Kunal told that Tata Consulting Engineers Limited will supervise all aspects of the quality, timeliness, technology etc. of the entire work of Virat Ramayana Temple. This company is working in the same role in the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. Meanwhile, the company’s General Manager Saurabh Mule said that his company will supervise the quality, safety, design, time line etc. of the construction of Virat Ramayana Temple.

World’s largest temple being built in 140 acres

Virat Ramayana Temple, located on the Ram-Janaki road being built from Ayodhya to Janakpur, is spread over an area of ​​140 acres. The main temple here is 1080 feet long, 540 feet wide and 270 feet high. A 33 feet high and 33 feet circular Shivalinga will also be installed in the temple. This will be the largest Shivalinga in the world which will also have a thousand smaller Shivalingas. There are a total of 22 temples and 12 peaks in the temple, of which the second largest peak is 198 feet tall. Let us tell you that the Bhoomi Pujan of the Virat Ramayana temple to be built in Kaithwalia of East Champaran was done by Kishore Kunal in 2012. After that, its foundation stone was laid by Kishore Kunal in 2022.

Kishore Kunal told that the devotees who visit Ram temple in Ayodhya definitely see Ram Rasoi there. This Ram Rasoi is operated by the Hanuman Mandir Trust of Patna. Where every day three to four Ram devotees coming from all over the country are served delicious food in Bihari style for free throughout the year.

Arrangement of food for people coming to Ayodhya

To ensure that the crowd and devotees attending the Pran Pratistha on 22nd January do not face any kind of problem, hence now food will be given to the devotees from 9 am to 9 pm for a total of one month from 15 January to 15 February. After one month, it will continue at its old time from 9 am to 3:30 pm.
