Ram devotees across the country are eagerly waiting to visit the Ram temple being built in Ayodhya. Meanwhile, there is news that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the Pran Pratishtha program of Ram temple in Ayodhya. On Wednesday, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust members Champat Rai and Nripendra Mishra met PM Modi and invited him to participate in the Pran Pratistha program.
PM Modi accepted the invitation of the Trust and agreed to attend the programme. Champat Rai also posted a video on social media platform ‘X’. He told that the consecration program of Ram temple will be held on January 22, 2024 at 12:30 pm.
After accepting the invitation, Prime Minister Modi wrote on the social media platform ‘X’ that the officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust have invited me to come to Ayodhya on the occasion of consecration of Shri Ram temple. I feel very blessed. It is my good fortune that I will witness this historic occasion in my lifetime.
Let us discuss here that one of the possible dates for installing the idol of Ram Lalla (Lord Ram in child form) was estimated to be January 22, this was confirmed by a delegation of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust after meeting PM Modi. It happened after inviting. It is going to be a grand ceremony and a large number of people may come to Ayodhya to participate in it. On 22 January 2024, 4000 saints and mahatmas of the country and 2500 eminent personalities of the society will be present on the historic occasion of consecration of the new idol of Lord Shri Ramlala Sarkar at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya.
The temple of Lord Shri Ram is being built on 2.7 acres of land in Ayodhya. However, the entire campus occupies approximately 70 acres of land. There will be so much space in this complex that lakhs of devotees will be able to have darshan of Lord Ram in the temple simultaneously. Shri Ram Temple is being built in Nagara style.
The Tourism Facilitation Center will welcome the tourists coming to Ayodhya. The government is preparing to develop a Tourism Facilitation Center in an area of 4.40 acres at an estimated cost of Rs 130 crore. Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department is going to develop this tourism center at a predetermined place in Ayodhya keeping in mind the connectivity with National Highway 330 and National Highway 27. Tourism office, passenger accommodation, art and craft centre, food court and shopping mart along with various commercial centres, parking space will be built in the tourist centre.
Panchkosi Yatra in Ayodhya has its own special religious significance. This journey has been going on for decades. It is said that devotees circumambulate the Lord for five kos. When the controversy regarding Shri Ram Janmabhoomi arose, the Panchkosi Yatra came to a standstill. Now Panchkosi Yatra is being given grandeur. The big thing is that the Panchkosi Yatra will start and end from the temple gate only. An underground route is being built some distance from the temple courtyard. Some parts are also ready. When Panchkosi road is completely completed, devotees will have direct connection with Shri Ram temple.
The grandeur of the sanctum sanctorum is spreading a different shade. The sanctum sanctorum is completely ready. The saffron flag is waiting for Shri Ram to be installed in the middle. The sanctum sanctorum will be clearly visible from the main entrance of the temple itself. Even in the crowd of thousands, devotees will be able to have darshan of God from the initial stairs only.
Three gates are making the temple grand: Three doors will add to the grandeur of the temple of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram. When you go towards the temple with the help of more than a dozen stairs, you will first find the main entrance of the temple. Apart from this, two grand gates have also been built on the left and right sides of the temple. Arrangements have been made such that thousands of devotees will be able to have darshan of God together. A parikrama path has also been built adjacent to the sanctum sanctorum. Beautiful paintings have been done on the walls of this route and statues of gods and goddesses have been carved. Although the Parikrama Marg is not yet fully constructed, its work is also going on war footing.
The operation of the first terminal of the airport, which looks like the grand Ram temple being built in Ayodhya, will start soon. The capacity of the first terminal will be 300 passengers. The remaining three terminals will be completely ready in 2025. After the opening of the first terminal, about six lakh passengers will be able to avail its facilities every year. The same stones from which Ram temple is being built were used in its construction. This airport has been named Maryada Purushottam Shriram International Airport. The entire building is being carved with the same carvings as the Ram temple and pictures related to Ramayana will be installed in the terminal. The length (east to west) of the ground floor of the temple is 380 feet and width (north to south) is 250 feet. This temple has three floors along with the ground floor. The total height of the temple will be 392 feet, in which the height of the ground floor will be 166 feet, the first floor will be 144 feet and the second floor will be 82 feet.
A huge bell weighing 2100 kg will be installed in the temple, which will be six feet high and five feet in diameter. 10 small bells of different sizes will also be installed in the temple, whose weight will be 500, 250, 100 kg. The bells will be made by mixing brass and other metals.
