Rameshwaram Cafe Blast: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested two suspects from Kolkata in connection with the blast in Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru. The two main accused arrested have been brought to Bengaluru on transit remand. They will be presented in the NIA court after investigation. Meanwhile, Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah’s reaction on the matter has come to light. He has thanked NIA and Karnataka Police. Speaking to the media, Siddaramaiah said that I thank the NIA and Karnataka Police who have arrested the accused from Kolkata. Now he has been brought to Bengaluru. Let the investigation be completed, only then the further thing will come to light.

Let us tell you that both the arrested suspects were sent on three-day transit remand by a Kolkata court on Friday in the blast case. NIA was allowed to bring him to Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka. The investigating agency NI had arrested the accused Musavvir Hussain Shajib and A Mathin Ahmed Taha in the Rameshwaram cafe blast case. His alleged role in the blast that took place on March 1 is being reported. He was arrested from Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal. 10 people were injured in the blast in Rameshwaram cafe.

NIA took over the investigation of the case on March 3

According to the information given by NIA, Shajib had done the work of placing explosives in the cafe while Taha is the mastermind of planning and executing the blast. It is noteworthy that last month, NIA had announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh each for the information providing help in the arrest of both the accused. On March 1, a blast was carried out in a cafe located on ITPL Road, Brookfield in Bengaluru. After this, on March 3, NIA took over the investigation of the case.
