The Enforcement Directorate (ED) interrogated former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav from 11:30 am to 7:50 pm (eight and a half hours) on Tuesday in the land in exchange for job case. ED Sutar says that a list of about 60 questions was prepared to ask Tejashwi Yadav. ED has asked Tejashwi questions related to company formation and source of income, despite being a minor.
He was also questioned about his house worth crores in New Fards Colony, New Delhi. In response to most of the questions he said that he had no information. It is noteworthy that ED had also interrogated Lalu Pasad for ten hours on Monday in the same case. On January 19, ED had issued fresh summons to Lalu and Tejashwi for questioning.
On Tuesday morning, when Tejashwi Yadav left his house for the ED office on Patna Back Road, he was accompanied by his elder sister and RJD MP Misa Bharti, several MLAs and MLCs and other senior leaders. Even before he reached the ED office, hundreds of RJD supporters had gathered there.
The crowd was not allowing his vehicle to move forward. After that Tejashwi himself came out of his car and asked his supporters to move away. Only then could he go inside the ED office. ED team has come from Delhi to interrogate Tejashwi.

On one hand, Tejashwi was being interrogated inside the ED office, while on the other hand, elder sister Misa Bharti, elder brother Tej Patap, Manoj Jha, Abdul Bari Siddiqui, Shyam Rajak, Abu Dojana, Sunil Singh, Sameer Kumar Mahaseth, Dr. Chandshekhar and Ranvijay Sahu were being interrogated. Most of the RJD MLAs and MLCs sat together in the Dadi Maa temple complex in front of the ED office.
Then he pleaded that he was a minor.
ED asked many questions to Tejashwi Yadav on Tuesday. ED sources say that Tejashwi Yadav was also asked the same questions which were asked to his father Lalu Pasad on Monday. The objective was to match and cross verify the answers to both the questions. Tejashwi Yadav said that he was a minor at the time of the scam and did not have much information about the matter.
ED asked him that despite being a minor, how did the idea of forming a company come and how did he become the owner of a company worth crores of rupees? How did you get a four-storey house worth Rs 150 crore in New Fards Colony, New Delhi, in your company’s name for just a few lakhs? In response to this, Tejashwi Yadav said that I have no information.
