Land for Job: Rabri Devi will appear in court today along with Misa Hema, Lalu and Tejashwi have been interrogated

Patna. Former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi and her daughters Misa Bharti, Hema Yadav and many other accused are appearing in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Friday in the Land for Job case. Regarding this, Rabri Devi and Misa Bharti had left for Delhi from Patna on Wednesday night itself. However, he did not talk to the media at the airport. In the Land for Job case, a Delhi court, taking cognizance of the charge sheet of the Enforcement Directorate, had ordered 9 people including Rabri, Misa Bharti to appear in the court on 9 February. On which hearing is to be held today.

Amit Katyal is in judicial custody of ED

In the land-for-job case, 49-year-old Katyal, an alleged close associate of the Yadav family, railway employee and alleged beneficiary Dayanand Chaudhary, two firms AK Infosystems Pvt Ltd and AB Exports Pvt Ltd and director Sharikul have been named accused in the chargesheet. Amit Katyal, the businessman associated with this case, is already in the judicial custody of ED.

Lalu Prasad was interrogated for a long time in Patna.

It is known that before this, RJD supremo Lalu Yadav and son Tejashwi Yadav had done marathon interrogation by ED in the land-for-job case. On January 29, the special team of ED had interrogated Lalu Yadav for about 10 hours at the zonal office in Gandhi Maidan area of ​​Patna. During this, Lalu Prasad was asked that by taking land from how many people, jobs were given on which posts in the Railways and where. Apart from the 4751-page charge sheet filed against him in the Rouse Avenue Court, the ED had also brought along the confession statement of Hridayanand Choudhary, after showing which questions were also asked.

ED had asked 65 questions to Tejashwi Yadav

The next day of Lalu Yadav’s interrogation, i.e. on January 30, former Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav was also interrogated by ED for about eight and a half hours. ED asked more than 65 questions to Tejashwi. These included questions ranging from property in his name in Delhi and Patna to investments in a private company on his board of directors. Tejashwi had expressed ignorance on most of the questions. It is believed that ED may still interrogate more people in this case. The arrest of some people in this case cannot be ruled out.
