Land for job: Lalu family’s problems increased, ED asked for details of property, today Tejashwi will also be questioned

It is being told that the Enforcement Directorate (Ed) has now asked for full details of the property of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, Bhola Prasad Yadav along with his family and seven close ones, trying to screw up in the case. Taking action on ED’s letter, the Department of Prohibition, Excise and Registration has sent a letter to the Under Registrar of all the districts of Bihar to provide the details of the property of the Lalu family. In its investigation, the ED has sought full details of the assets of the four companies, in which two PAN numbers have been issued for Fairglow Holdings Company.

Investigation is being done under Money Laundering Act

Enforcement Directorate (EdLalu Prasad’s family and people close to him are being investigated under the Money Laundering Act in the Land for Job case. ED has written in its letter that in the investigation, information has been received about some immovable properties, information about its sale, transfer, giving on lease etc. should be made available. Apart from the Raja chief, the Enforcement Directorate has sought complete information about the assets of Rabri Devi, Tej Pratap Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Misa Bharti, Hema Yadav, Ragini Yadav, Chanda Yadav and Bhola Yadav, who are believed to be involved in the case.

Tejashwi will appear before ED today

Tejashwi Yadav is going to appear before the investigating agency ED in Delhi today. It is being told that he is also going to be questioned today in the Land for Job case. Let us inform that even before this, Lalu Yadav’s elder daughter Misa Bharti and Tejashwi Yadav have been questioned in the case. However, the information found in the interrogation by ED in the case has not been shared yet.
