Lalu Yadav’s brother-in-law Subhash Yadav got scared after seeing the bulldozer of Patna Police, ran to the court and surrendered.

On Tuesday, Patna Police reached the house of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav’s brother-in-law and former MP Subhash Yadav with a bulldozer. Subhash Yadav’s own luxurious house is located in MLA Colony of Kautilya Nagar. Where the police had come with a bulldozer to confiscate the property. But when Subhash Yadav got information about this, he ran to Patna Civil Court. Where he surrendered in MP-MLA court. After this, he has been sent to jail on the orders of the court.

The advertisement was pasted a few days ago

In fact, a few days ago the police of Bihta police station had pasted an advertisement at the personal residence of Subhash Yadav. The police had pasted advertisements along with drums at his residence. The police had also said through miking that if Subhash Yadav did not appear within 30 days, then his property would be confiscated. On May 4, 2023, Bhim Sharma, resident of Bela, Neura, had filed case number 425/23 in Bihta police station against seven including Subhash Yadav.

what is the allegation

Bhim had alleged that his seven katha land of Neura was registered by my mother in the name of Subhash Yadav’s wife Renu Devi on February 26, 2021 and in return he had received Rs 96 lakh. After this, Subhash Yadav sent his people and called the mother and brother to his residence in Kautilya Nagar on 27th February, the next day of the registry. After this, they took both of them hostage and took Rs 60.50 lakh and said that they would return the land, but neither the land nor the money was returned.

Who are the accused?

In this case, Subhash, Subhash’s wife Renu Devi, Subhash’s son Randhir Yadav, Pankaj Singh of Bela village, Arun Kumar alias Munshi and Arjun Rai are accused. Danapur’s ASP Deeksha said that an order of attachment and seizure was received in a case registered in Bihta police station. The police team had arrived to take action against him. But when information was received that he had surrendered in the court, the attachment-confiscation process was stopped.

The case was registered after the Chief Minister went to the Janata Darbar.

Bhim Sharma’s ancestral land is on Neura-Khagail road. After losing the land along with the money, he lodged a complaint at Bihta police station. But he did not get justice and when he went to the Chief Minister’s Janata Darbar and complained, an FIR was registered in Bihta police station.
