Patna. RJD supremo Lalu Yadav’s troubles have increased. ED has summoned him for questioning. After the filing of the new charge sheet, ED wants to interrogate him once again in the Land for Job case. He has been called to the ED office on 27 December. On Tuesday itself, Tejashwi Yadav had sought permission to go to Australia in Delhi court. Tejashwi Yadav wants to go to Australia with his wife for Christmas holidays, but today big news has come out. ED had interrogated Amit Katyal for a long time last month. According to ED sources, many important clues have been found in this investigation. ED conducted a complete investigation regarding the information given by Amit Katyal. After that, summons have been sent to Lalu Prasad Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav for questioning.
Tejashwi Yadav will be interrogated on 22nd
In the matter of taking job in exchange of land in Railways, the Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED has asked Tejashwi Yadav to appear for questioning. A notice for questioning has been issued to his father Lalu Prasad Yadav. Tejashwi Yadav has been summoned to appear for questioning on 22nd December. Whereas Lalu Prasad Yadav has been asked to appear on 27th December. ED says that new facts have come to light in the matter of giving jobs in exchange for land in Railways. On the basis of this, it is necessary to interrogate Lalu Prasad Yadav along with Tejashwi Yadav. Therefore, summons have been issued to both of them to appear for questioning.
Tejashwi Yadav trapped due to Katyal’s revelations
ED sources are saying that this interrogation of Tejashwi Yadav and Lalu Prasad Yadav will be based on the clues received from a businessman named Amit Katyal. Last month on November 11, ED had arrested Amit Katyal. This is the same Amit Katyal, who had set up a beer factory in Bihta near Patna during the Rabri Devi government in Bihar. Lalu family also had involvement in this. Later this businessman named Amit Katyal formed a company named AK Infosystem. This company only did the work of buying land.
Was given job in Railways when he was Railway Minister
According to ED sources, Amit Katyal’s company named AK Infosystem purchased land on a large scale. Those who sold land to this company also included people whose family members were given jobs in the Railways when Lalu Prasad Yadav was the Railway Minister. According to the investigation of ED and CBI, a company of Katyal had gifted a car to Tejashwi Yadav in 2010. Later, for just one lakh rupees, he transferred all the shares of his company AK Infosystem to Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav.
Lalu family got Katyal’s company
According to ED and CBI, Amit Katyal gave a loan of about Rs 85 lakh to Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav and then forgave it. A huge amount of money was given as loan to Tejashwi’s company by one of Katyal’s companies, but it was never returned. Katyal had also made Misa Bharti and her husband Shailesh Kumar directors in one of his companies. Katyal, the owner of many companies, had also given a huge amount as brokerage to Misa Bharti on behalf of his company.
