Lalu and Tejashwi will have to appear in ED’s Patna office, decision related to Misa Bharti and Rabri Devi will come today..

In the case of land in exchange for job in Railways, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has asked RJD President Lalu Yadav to appear in its Patna office on January 29 and his son Deputy Chief Minister Tejasvi Prasad Yadav on January 30. On Friday, ED officials reached Rabri Devi’s official residence at 10 Circular Road with a copy of the notice.

ED team reached Rabri residence

ED officials went to the residence and gave a copy of the notice to both of them to appear in the office in Patna. This is the second ED notice to both of them. Before this, ED had asked Lalu to appear before the Delhi office on 22nd and Tejashwi on 27th December. Although both of them did not appear. ED sources have confirmed that a team has been sent to Rabri Devi’s official residence in Patna to serve summons. Lalu and Tejashwi have to be present at the ED office located on Bank Road, Patna.

Decision will be taken today in the matter of taking cognizance of ED’s charge sheet

The verdict will be pronounced on January 20 after taking cognizance of the charge sheet filed by ED against Rabri Devi and Misa Bharti in the Rouse Avenue Court in New Delhi in the same case of land in exchange for job in Railways. The court had reserved the decision after the hearing on Thursday. ED has linked the land in exchange for job case to money laundering. ED has included the names of Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti, Hema Yadav etc. in the first charge sheet filed in this case.

ED team will arrive to interrogate Jharkhand CM Soren

A team of Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials will reach the residence of the Chief Minister of Jharkhand after 12:00 noon on Saturday. Probably some officers from Delhi will also be included in this team. This team of officials can ask Chief Minister Hemant Soren questions related to the financial sources of the property acquired by him and his family members. Here, in view of this entire incident, security arrangements have been tightened. ED has registered the FIR as IIR against the government documents seized from the house of a revenue employee in Badagain and the tampering done in them. The CM has to be questioned in this matter.
